At Samaara, we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Our Lifetime Exchange Policy is designed to offer you flexibility and peace of mind:

1.Eligibility:

This policy applies to all gold and diamond jewelry purchased from Samaara

2.Exchange Options:

You have the flexibility to exchange your jewelry at any time for an item of equal or greater value.

3.Condition of the Item:

The exchanged item must be in its original condition, accompanied by the original certificate (if applicable), and must show no signs of wear or damage.

4.Gold and Diamond Valuation:

The value of the exchanged gold will be determined based on the prevailing market rate at the time of the exchange.
Diamond valuation will be calculated at 80% of the present market value.

5.Customized Jewelry:

For customized pieces, the exchange value will be determined based on the intrinsic value of the materials.

6.Certificate Requirements:

The original certificate, especially for diamonds, must be presented during the exchange process.

7.Process:

8.Exclusions:

This policy does not apply to promotional or discounted items.
