1.Initiating a Return:

Return requests must be made via email within 10 days of the purchase date.

2.Contact and Pick-Up Process:

Our team will contact you within 48 hours upon receiving your return request to discuss the issue and arrange for product pick-up.

3.Return Packaging:

Please ensure that the returned item is accompanied by its original packaging, certificate card, and any other documents received with the purchase.

4.Condition of Returned Items:

All returned items will undergo a meticulous quality inspection to ensure they are in their original condition as purchased from us. If the gold or diamond in the piece has been tampered with or damaged, we will not be able take it back.

5.Customized Jewelry:

For customized jewelry with engraving or laser inscription, a 10% deduction will be applied to the return value.

6.Deductions for Third-Party Services:

Hallmarking and certification charges, paid to third-party verification services, will be deducted from the refund amount.

7.Valuation Considerations:

Refund for gold will be based on the prevailing market value, and diamonds will be valued at 80% of their present market value.

8.Refund Method:

The mode of refund will be the same as used during the original purchase.

9.Notification and Timely Refunds:

You will be notified of the return status and the approved refund amount after the inspection process is complete.
Refunds will be processed promptly, and the time taken for the amount to reflect may vary based on your payment method and banking institution.
